Once you have been allocated housing, please contact the Félagsbústaðir help desk at 520-1500, or via the online chat or by e-mail.
Service consultants ask for your phone number and email address and book an appointment with you for a viewing of the apartment. Then you will meet the apartment manager at the apartment in accordance with the appointment made.
After you have viewed the apartment, you need to let your social worker and the service desk at Félagsbústaðir know that you've accepted the apartment. Please book an appointment to complete the rental agreement with Félagsbústaðir. Usually you can make an appointment for the next day.
